I would choose to use the Aerated Static compost pile for this plan because it will crate compost the quickest and we have the equipment on site to accomplish this type of pile. All you would need is a tractor to constantly turn the pile.
The estimated labour costs would be really low as the only labour that would be involved is using the tractor to turn the pile.
As you can see below, 30 pounds of grass clippings to 1.8 pounds of sawdust will achieve our 30:1 Carbon:Nitrogen Ratio. You should receive all the composting materials that you put into it. If 31.8 pounds is put in, you should receive the same in return if you manage the pile correctly. This compost would have a monty value of $40 per cubic yard which could be sold to our members, and or the public. This could also be used in gardens on the golf course which could produce vegetables for the restaurant.
